The best Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie recipe (if I do say so myself!)

This is one of my favourite post workout smoothies on rotation at the moment.

I can honestly say, I look forward to my morning smoothie everyday (how lame!) Every morning I get up to teach Pilates, head to the gym and then home for my smoothie fix!

If you are wondering what brand of protein to use, I can highly recommend Prana rich chocolate flavour.

I recently switched to Prana after deciding to reduce my dairy intake and I can honestly say my gut is feeling a hell of a lot better! I realised I was having way too much dairy between my daily whey protein smoothie, two double shot lattes and greek yoghurt for dessert. To reduce my intake, I switched to drinking long blacks (80% of the time) and having Prana vegan protein instead of my usual whey. For me – it has worked wonders! I feel way less bloated and lethargic at the end of the day. I haven’t cut out dairy completely, I have simply reduced how much I have. I still occasionally use a whey protein called gold standard, but I try to keep it to a minimum.
