Pregnancy Pilates
I welcome pregnant ladies to join my Saturday Morning Mat Class. This Pilates class runs from 730am - 830am out of Coorparoo Hall - 210 Cavendish Road, Coorparoo.
Alternatively, if you prefer to workout from home, you can join my online platform with Pregnancy Safe workouts.
Please seek clearance from your doctor or physiotherapist before commencing exercise during pregnancy.
Post-Natal Pilates
Your body has been through so many changes throughout pregnancy and following the birth of your beautiful newborn. For this reason, it is so important to slowly and carefully transition back to exercise. At Duo, I want to properly educate you on all things breathing, pelvic floor & core engagement so that you feel confident, informed & empowered, before joining a group Pilates class. Here are 3 ways that I can help you do that.

10 Week Post Natal Program
Join me for a 10 week Post Natal Program located in Coorparoo. Across 10 weeks I will guide you through a series of Post Natal specific exercises and stretches. Bubs are welcome!

My ONLINE Post Natal Program
I have created a 12-part video series, which you can access here. The series is designed for you to complete after you have been cleared for exercise by your GP or physio and before joining one of our classes. Each video has a different focus and is approximately 10-20 minutes long. It is gentle on your body and will help to ease you back into exercise, whether that is Pilates, running or strength training.
